Surgical Services
Surgical services provides care for both inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures. State-of-the-art procedures and technology allow our surgical team to serve southern Colorado with the most modern care.
The Mt. San Rafael Hospital has (2) surgical suites, a dual bed recovery room and endoscopy suite staffed by a team of highly skilled surgical personnel. Our surgical services include such specialties as General Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, OB/GYN. A list a surgical specialties are listed below.
The Anesthesia Department, at Mt. San Rafael Hospital consists of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and OR Surgical Technicians. This team provides a wide range of services including general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and epidural steroid injections for back pain.
