Dr. Frederiksen received her bachelors degree in microbiology from Colorado State University located in Fort Collins. She received her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine located in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Frederiksen completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Utah located in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Frederiksen is board certified in gynecology.
Biography:
Dr. Frederiksen joined the Mt. San Rafael Hospital team in 2023, and serves as a gynecologist in the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Specialty Clinic. She will begin seeing patients beginning in May.

Dr. Frederiksen comes to us most recently from Pueblo, Colorado, where she served as a gynecologist for Parkview Medical Groups Associates in Womens Health Care. She also formerly served as a gynecologist for Banner Medical Groups Sterling Womens Care located in Sterling, Colorado. Prior to that, she served as a gynecologist for Banner Medical Group located in Loveland, Colorado, and Associates in Womens Care located in Colorado Springs.
