Education:
Ms. Hahn received her bachelor's degree in general studies from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. She went on to receive her bachelor's degree in nursing from Marian University in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms. Hahn received her master's degree in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois.
Biography:
Ms. Hahn joined the Mt. San Rafael Hospital Clinic team in 2025, and serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing for the medical needs of new patients at the Hospital Clinic.

Ms. Hahn comes to us most recently from Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center, located in Walsenburg, Colorado, where she served as a registered nurse working in acute care. Prior to that, she served as a registered nurse for San Luis Valley Hospital in Alamosa, Colorado. She also previously served as a registered nurse for Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colorado.
